These Terms and Conditions of Carriage were issued by Dopravní podnik Karlovy Vary, a.s. in accordance with Act No. 111 / 1994 Coll., on Road Transport, as amended, and pursuant to Decree of the Ministry of Transport and Communications No. 175 / 2000 Coll., on the Rules of Carriage for Public Rail and Road Passenger Transport.
