Diana Forest Restaurant

The Diana Restaurant and Café was built alongside the Diana Lookout Tower between 191912–191914 It is located at the summit of Friendship Hill, offering visitors a magnificent view of Karlovy Vary and the surrounding area. The restaurant was designed by Karlovy Vary architect Ing. Breinl. The building was conceived as a hunting lodge with one main hall and two side halls. During the colder months, a large fireplace in the main hall creates a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant features a dance floor, an outdoor terrace, and the option to barbecue outdoors. Here you can sample game and fish specialties of Czech cuisine, as well as international dishes.

The most recent renovation of the Diana Restaurant-Café took place in 2000 with the support of Dopravní podnik Karlovy Vary, a. s. It is one of the most visited places in Karlovy Vary. Annually, over 200.000 visitors come to the Friendship Hill, or rather the Diana Restaurant-Café.
