A Message from the Vice Chairman of the Board

Dear passengers and partners,

I am honored to address you through this editorial to present our plans, achievements, and goals for the coming period.
Every year, we face many challenges that not only bring us new experiences but also strengthen our determination to continue improving the services we provide. Thanks to your support and trust, we have been able to invest in modernizing our fleet, which has contributed to increased passenger comfort and safety. The introduction of new technologies and improvements to payment systems—including the Vary Virtual app—are further successful steps we have taken to enable more convenient and faster travel, including the provision of comprehensive transportation information.
I believe that the key to success lies in continuous improvement and adapting to the changing needs of our passengers. With this goal in mind, we have launched a wide range of projects.
We are also mindful of our social responsibility and strive to contribute to environmental protection. Our efforts to reduce emissions and implement eco-friendly solutions, such as deploying low-emission buses, are an important contribution not only to our city but to the entire planet.
