Dopravní podnik Karlovy Vary, a.s. is committed to making the content of its website accessible in accordance with Act No. 99 / 2019 Sb., on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications and amending Act No. 365 / 2000 Sb., on public administration information systems and amending certain other acts, as amended by subsequent regulations implementing Directive (EU) 2016 / 2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

This website is partially compliant with Act No. 99 / 2019 Coll., as amended, due to the non-compliance or exceptions listed below.

Inaccessible Content

The following content is not accessible:

1. Due to an unreasonable burden that would require intervention in the external content management system:
   • The CAPTCHA in forms does not include an audio alternative (WCAG 1.1.1).
   • For some form fields, a text error message is not displayed in the event of an incorrect entry (WCAG 1.4. 1)
2. Due to non-compliance with Act No. 99 / 2019 Coll., as amended;
   • The photo gallery contains a relatively large number of mostly illustrative photographs that lack relevant text alternatives (WCAG 1.1. 1)
   • Several images lack relevant text alternatives (WCAG 1.1. 1)

Work is still underway to bring the website into compliance with Act No. 99 / 2019 of the Collection of Laws.
